Water Park Etiquette and Rules

 

•    Please obey the lifeguard, water resort staff and park rules at all times.

•    Use of Coco Key Water Resort requires a valid wristband.

•    Proper swim attire is required: no cut-offs, wetsuits, or swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, metal ornamentation or loose strings.

•    Swimwear must be clean.

•    Lifeguards enforce rules and respond to aquatic emergencies, but parents are ultimately responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.

•    Each attraction is unique and may not be suitable for all guests.

•    Riders must be able to meet the listed height restrictions at each attraction to participate. Each attraction has the specific height requirement listed prior to the entrance of the ride.

•    Additional rules and requirements, such as rider positioning and rules of behavior, are posted at each attraction for your safety.

•    U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets are recommended for anyone less than 48 inches (1.22m) in bare feet or are an inexperienced or non-swimmer.

•    Life jackets are available and must remain in the water park.

•    Only U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets are permitted to be used as flotation devices.

•    Inflatables and water wings are not permitted.

•    Small children should remain within arm's reach of an adult always while in the water

•    We have shallow water; therefore diving is prohibited.

•    No running, boisterous or rough play.

•    Coolers, glass, and outside food and beverages are not allowed in the water resort.

•    Rafts, flotation devices, snorkels, and toys are prohibited in the water resort.

•    Approved swim diapers are required for all diaper dependent guests.

•    Diaper changing is allowed in the restrooms only. Changing stations are provided.

•    Coco Key Water Resort maintains a tobacco-free environment. 

•    No person is permitted to use the pool without first having taken a warm water shower, using soap.

•    Pool water is not for drinking.

•    No video recording equipment, cameras or cell phone cameras are allowed in locker rooms.

•    Please be aware that the water resort environment can be damaging to electronic equipment. Please use your discretion.

•    Management reserves the right to limit admission.

•    Management reserves the right to administer additional rules or regulations without prior notice.

•    Park hours, activities and rides are subject to change based on occupancy and management's discretion.

•    No refunds due to circumstances beyond our control.

•    Coco Key is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage property. Locker usage is encouraged.

•    Management reserves the right to suspend privileges or refuse admittance to any person failing to comply with park rules.

•    Failure to follow rules and use common sense may result in serious injury to yourself or others.

Coco Key Water Resort is an aquatic environment. Be prepared to get wet!
